We are committed to delivering your Wellbi products to you with the utmost care and efficiency. Please review our shipping policy for international orders

Shipping Charges:

• A flat shipping fee of $15 USD applies to all orders from North America and Europe.
• For orders from the Middle East, a flat fee of 30 UAE Dirham applies.

Order Dispatch: All international orders are processed and dispatched within 2-4 working days via DHL and typically take 3-5 working days to arrive after dispatch.

Customs & Duties: Please note that for international orders, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, VAT, and any other local taxes levied by the country we are shipping to. These payments may be required by our delivery partners to release your order from customs upon arrival.

Responsibility for Shipping: While Wellbi ensures your order is handed over to our trusted international courier partners (DHL), once dispatched, Wellbi is not liable for any delays, damage, or issues caused by third-party courier services during transit. We will, however, assist in resolving any issues to the best of our ability.
