3. Cancellation Charge for Prepaid Orders: For prepaid orders, a cancellation charge of Rs 150 will be applicable per order. This charge helps us cover processing fees and administrative costs associated with order cancellations.

4. Cancellation Charge for COD Orders: The 50 INR COD charge paid for confirmation during checkout will be deducted from the total amount payable. In the event of order cancellation, this charge is non-refundable.

5.Communication: Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email or notification acknowledging the cancellation request.

6.Refund Process/Timeline: Any amount paid for the cancelled order will be credited back into the same payment mode used during the purchase. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free refund process for our customers.Once the cancellation is processed, please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. The exact timeline may vary depending on your payment method .

7. Exceptions: Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. In such cases, you may consider initiating a return request following our return policy guidelines.
