- We offer 10 days hassle-free exchange from the date of delivery via https://wellbi.in/apps/return_prime . We only accept one exchange per order. Exchange services are applicable for Pan India shipments exclusively.
- When processing an exchange, we require that the selected product is of equal or higher value than the original item. We understand that you've chosen a product of lower value, and to facilitate your exchange, we will issue a coupon code for the difference amount as a refund. This coupon can be applied towards your next order with us.
- Please note a exchange fee of 100 INR (1 and 2 products) and 200 INR (3 and more products) applies to purchases made during sales and offers.
- We'll arrange the pickup for the exchange product, and you'll be notified once we receive your shipment. Your convenience is our priority.
- Upon receiving the product, expect your replacement to be shipped within 5-7 working days for a swift exchange process.
- Kindly ensure the original packaging remains intact during the exchange product pickup process.
- Exchange requests beyond 10 days of shipment receipt won't be accepted.
- For exchanges to a higher-priced product, kindly settle the balance amount with us to complete the transaction.
- Please note: Size is subject to availability. Exchanged products will not be eligible for further returns or exchanges.
