Return & Exchange Policy (International Orders)

At Wellbi, we are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our international return and exchange policy below:


Non-Returnable Items:
Our products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged. If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery. We are dedicated to resolving any issues swiftly. After verification, we will initiate a refund or exchange based on your preference.


Ensuring the Right Fit:
To help you find the perfect fit, please review our size chart before placing your order. If you have any doubts or need more detailed sizing information, our customer service team is here to assist you. Should you need an exchange due to size discrepancies, please note that shipping costs for exchanges will be at your expense.


Exchange Conditions:
For an exchange to be processed, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • Items must be returned in their original saleable condition with barcode and MRP tags intact.
  • Wellbi reserves the right to determine if the item(s) has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged post-purchase.

Important Notes for International Orders (excluding India):

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged items.
  • No refunds will be provided if:
    • An incorrect or outdated delivery address is provided.
    • The product is lost due to theft or absence of the recipient during or after delivery.
    • The package is refused by the recipient.
